Soft Hatha & Massage:

It's a traditional hatha yoga, invigorating, therapeutic and relaxing. A gentle practice emphasizing attention to the more subtle sensations within each posture, combined with deep conscious breathing lead to a meditative state.

We will end the last 20 minutes with savasana and some pressures to let you go completely in surrender.
