Why: A healthy nervous system is the key to a healthy body & mind. Being immersed in nature is enough to start to gain balance within our systems. Over the 6 days we will use various practices and activities to not only reset your nervous system but also learn tools to bring home with you to maintain this regulation of your body & mind.
