Connect to the elements of nature and of yourself over this special 5 night offering at Cara Creek!
Why: A healthy nervous system is the key to a healthy body & mind. Being immersed in nature is enough to start to gain balance within our systems. Over the 6 days we will use various practices and activities to not only reset your nervous system but also learn tools to bring home with you to maintain this regulation of your body & mind.
What: A real gift to yourself! There will be daily morning Yoga Practice (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation), sharing of workshops/activities like group river dips, clay bathing, ice bathing, sweat lodge, sauna, hot tub, waterfall ritual, earthing, sun gazing, sky gazing and so much more
