About
The Spine as a Lifeline
Yoga Retreat | Includes 40 hours toward a 300hr yoga teacher training
Monday 3 August – Sunday 9 August 2026
For one week, we bring focused attention to the spine as structure, support, and a central pathway through the body.
Through guided practice and workshops, we explore spinal health, backbending, and intelligent support. The approach is steady and progressive, building strength and space over time rather than pushing into depth. Backbending is approached as a process, supported by integration through the shoulders, hips, and back body, alongside practices that restore and decompress.
This retreat balances structured practice with spacious time for rest and integration. While the focus is physical, it often reveals patterns of tension and holding, offering a more sustainable way of working in the body.
