THE SACRED SWEAT LODGE

The Inipi, also known as the Sacred Sweat Lodge or Temazcal, is an ancient ceremonial practice with deep historical and cultural roots. The origins can be traced back to the indigenous peoples of North and South America, particularly Native American tribes who have passed down this sacred tradition for generations. 

The Sweat Lodge Ceremony holds immense spiritual significance and is considered a powerful tool for healing, purification, and spiritual connection. The practice is deeply intertwined with the Native American's cultural heritage, worldview and deep connection with the natural world.

This 4 day workshop is open to all individuals who wish to embark on a path of self-healing and exploration, seeking to find their inner truth and connect with their authentic selves. Through each of the Elements, you will learn to use and understand this ancient wisdom that holds the magic of the Sweat Lodge.
