Spring Awakening Retreat

Wake up from your winter hibernation mode at Cara Creek.

During the 5 day retreat we will focus on cleansing your whole system from the inside out using Yoga Practices, Cold Exposure, organic plant based food and drinks, holistic treatments and immersing in nature.

Twice daily Yoga Asana, daily Pranayama, daily Group Meditation, daily cold exposure river dips, cleansing juice and food, Sauna and Hot tub sessions, Group Hike to the nearby waterfall and more!

Daily:

*Morning Yoga (including Asana - postures, Pranayama - breathwork, Dhyana - meditation)

*Group Cold Exposure River Dip

*Cleansing Juice & a healthy Brunch

*Sun-Gazing

*Afternoon activity

i.e: group hike to the nearby waterfall, holistic treatment like massage, reiki, or reflexology, trip to the nearby Neolithic Dolmen site, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Clay Mud Treatment on the Private River Beach, & free time to enjoy yourself by our eco pool

*Dinner

*Evening Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, or Yin Yoga
