Take an opportunity during our 5 day, 6 night Deep Rest Nature Retreat to rejuvenate and build a healthy relationship with true rest in a magical & lush valley where 2 rivers meet.

Our intention is to down-regulate your nervous system and hold the space for you to rest and therefore heal. We’ll work with the Elements and Cycles of Nature.

To integrate and recharge our whole selves we will connect to mother earth through sense stimulating rituals that will clear blockages within your body and mind, as well as nourish your soul.

Ashley Murray, Yoga Teacher & Co-Founder of Cara Creek Eco Lodge

We ask for €500 to reserve your spot. Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to other retreats that are held at Cara Creek Eco Lodge if you cancel 45 days or more before the retreat start dates.

Practical information:

Arrival: 26 April 2023 by 4pm, Shuttle will be organized and included from CoimbraB to Cara Creek Eco Lodge

Departure: 1 May 2023 at 12pm, Shuttle will be organized and included in the price from Cara Creek Eco Lodge back to CoimbraB
