Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Ryan Hayes 

Tuesday - 5pm

Thursday - 5pm

Saturday - 9am

Each session will be 60 minutes with optional rolling at the end. These will take place at Cara Creek Eco Lodge. 

Before attending a session, here are some things to consider;

- keep your toe and finger nails trimmed

- don't wear loose clothing with pockets (a T-shirt is fine just make it one you don't mind ruining!)

- bring plenty of water
