RETREAT INTRODUCTIONS 

Antarma is hosting two retreats, at Cara Creek.

You have the option to choose either one or both! 

CELEBRATION RETREAT 19 - 23 May 2023 

Arrive: Friday, 19 May 2023 (from 1pm) Depart: Tuesday, 23 May 2023 (until 12 noon)

 Deepen your connection to inner freedom, peace, joy and creativity. Join Antarma for a week of nourishing and purifying mantra and music practices celebrating life itself and the blessing it is just to live. 

5 day retreat experience including:

• Morning mantra practice 
• Mantra music practices honouring universal traditions 
• Drumming and dancing 
• Sacred fireside jamming 
• Peace prayers, bhajans and medicine songs 
• Cacao Ceremony 
• Yoga Asana 
• Meditation Activities in nature 
• Access to facilities and natural surroundings

SADHANA RETREAT 25 - 29 May 2023 

Arrive: Thursday, 25 May 2023 (from 1pm) Depart: Monday, 29 May 2023 (until 12 noon) 

Deepen your mantra sadhana with focus Divine Mother Shakti, Divine Father Shiva and Divine Child Ganapathi. Required to have existing mantra practice or be ready to dive deep. if you are new to mantra but feel called to join, recommended practices to build up can be provided.

5 day retreat experience, including: 

• Mantra practices honouring universal traditions 
• Peace prayers, bhajans and medicine songs 
• Satsang Self-study 
• Reading of the sacred scriptures in English and Sanskrit 
• Reading and hearing from the divine teachers words and teachings 
• Silent Japa 
• Yoga Nidra 
• Homam (Fire Ceremony) 
• Sri Jyothi (Sri Chakra Puja) 
• Access to facilities and natural surroundings

Attending both retreats?

24th May: A trip to natural hot springs or hike to a nearby waterfall (water level dependent) with beautiful places to meditate and swim and/or trip to nealithic dolmens site. 

Optional during Free time: 

• Paddle boarding on the Mondego river (free) 
• Guided hike to the Waterfall with one of Cara Creek's staff/volunteers (free) 
• Trip to Neolithic Dolmen Site
• Massages, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Reflexology (additional cost)*
• Kayak trip on the Mondego (additional cost)*

Accomodation

Eco Pods at Cara Creek are every Glamper's dream. Enjoy their custom-made design inspired by sacred geometry. Experience sleeping in close proximity to nature from the comfort of a cozy bed.

TetraPods 

Tetra-Pods are the premium accommodation option. 

They are pyramid shaped glamping pods built based on the tetrahedron, the simplest 3 dimensional shape found recurring in nature; reaches 6 meters in height to a stargazing ceiling with a double bed.

TriPods

Tri-Pods are triangular shaped glamping pods that reach nearly 4 meters in height. 

At the front enjoy the small private deck with views down the river; 2 single beds. 

Available for twin share

PentaPods

Penta-Pods are pentagonal shaped glamping pods that are cozy and spacious inside with a small window to watch nature from the comfort of your bed; at the front enjoy the large private deck

All accomodations options include food, accommodation, daily schedule and practices, transfers from Carregal do Sal, excursions into nature and access to facilities at Cara Creek.
